Neil Robinson has worked in education for over 15 years across Sussex schools. Neil’s roles have included teacher, head of department, assistant head and deputy head in a variety of schools across the South-East. Neil brings a wealth of experience to Teachers today and an understanding of what outstanding looks like in the classroom. What sets Neil apart from the rest is that he is an Educationalist first and foremost. Neil understands the requirements of what schools need to be successful. Outstanding teaching is fundamental to the progress students make, and finding the right candidate for the right school is essential for this process.

Richard Allen

Administration

Richard Allen has been at the helm of an existing recruitment agency specialising in care for over 9 years. As a result, he has hands-on, practical experience of all the elements involved in the recruitment process and best practices. Richard has been responsible for a number of high-profile contracts supplying quality resources to residential and nursing homes within Hampshire County Council, Surrey County Council and the Anchor Trust.
